My order shows delivered, but I didn’t receive anythingUpdated 3 years ago

If your package was confirmed for delivery but is nowhere to be found, we recommend you take the following steps prior to reaching out to Customer Care. 

1) Check your tracking number to confirm delivery
2) Check with others in your household and/or your neighbors to see if they might have received your package
3) Contact the courier for delivery confirmation and photo of the delivery. You can also contact the carrier directly for assistance


If you added Route Protection to your order, your package has been insured from loss, damage, and theft. You can report an issue with Route through their mobile app (download 
here for mobile), through your purchase confirmation email, or by going to the link here. Their team is ready to assist you with any questions you may have!
