Please refer to the following Route policies regarding your order.

Lost/Stuck Packages:

Domestic: If your package has been lost or stuck in transit, the claim must be filed between 7 and 30 days from the last shipping update.

International: The claim must be filed between 20 and 30 days from the last shipping update.

Stolen After Delivery:

If you believe your order has been stolen after delivery, the claim must be filed between 5 and 15 days from when the order was marked delivered. Note that stolen orders over $250 USD will require a police report.

Damaged Packages:

If your order was received damaged, the claim must be filed with photos of the damaged package and item(s), no later than 15 days from when the order was marked delivered.
